Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between Lujingrun, the operator of LifeOS by ALU ("we", "us", or "ALU"), and you (the "user"). By accessing or using LifeOS by ALU (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

LifeOS by ALU is AI-powered productivity, learning, fitness and digital creativity software. It includes AI learning assistance, fitness planning, resume diagnostics, mock interviews, travel planning, price comparison, AI music and AI video. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Service at any time without notice.

Study & Train provides collaborative study and workout features: AI-generated learning and training goals and plans, goal-driven partner suggestions, and in-app partner communication including chat, voice and video collaboration, invitations and connection management. It exists for study and fitness collaboration. It is not a dating, matchmaking or romantic introduction service, and we never sell access to, or the unlocking of, any individual person.

When using partner features you must also follow our Community Guidelines.

• You must create an account to use certain features such as credit sync, top-ups, and subscriptions.
• You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, or have consent from a legal guardian.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your login credentials secure.
• You may not share, sell, or otherwise transfer access to your account.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload or generate malware, viruses, spam, hate speech, violent content, or other unlawful content.
• Attempt to bypass, interfere with, or defeat any technical measures or limits of the Service, or conduct unauthorized scraping, probing, or reverse engineering.
• Impersonate any person or infringe on others' intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
• Use automated means to mass-create accounts or abuse promotions or the credit system.

• Our rights: All rights to the LifeOS and ALU names, logos, interface design, software code, documentation, and related content belong to the operator, Lujingrun. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
• Your content: You retain ownership of resumes, text, preferences, and other content you upload to the Service. You grant us a license to process, store, and transmit that content solely as necessary to provide the Service.
• AI-generated content: You have the right to use AI-generated output produced for you, but you are responsible for verifying its accuracy and ensuring lawful use. We do not guarantee that AI output is always accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

• Credit system: LifeOS uses credits as the unit of pricing for AI tasks. Credit balances are tied to your account, and the cost is shown before every task. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
• Purchases and subscriptions: You can purchase one-time credit packs or subscribe to Pro/Max membership plans. Prices, billing cycles, and benefits are as shown on the purchase page.
• Merchant of Record: Our order processing is handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders and is responsible for payment processing, taxes, billing, subscription management, and refund-related customer service. Your bank statement may show a descriptor related to "Paddle".
• Taxes: Displayed prices may not include applicable taxes; the final checkout amount is determined by Paddle's checkout page.
• Renewals: Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. You can cancel via the customer portal or by contacting us.

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a purchased product or service, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. See our Refund Policy for details.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator, Lujingrun, does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free. AI output is for reference only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or career advice. You are responsible for your own judgment and use of the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator, Lujingrun, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, infringe others' rights, fail to pay amounts due, or pose a security risk. After termination, you may continue using any remaining free-tier allowance until it is exhausted; remaining benefits from a paid subscription will be handled per our Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page, and material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts where the operator, Lujingrun, is based.
